The B-log
New Zealand - 19 573 kilometers later...
36 hours and 19 573 kilometers later we picked up our green ´n´ purple campervan and went for Banks Peninsula. Not on the right but the wrong side of the road. Jetlagged.
Sunny, 15-20 degrees, shorts ´n´ t-shirt, sunblock, cooking in the wind, stunning views, sheep, Hector dolphins, penguins and Tony the Skipper. That´s Banks Peninsula for ya!
Right now we´re in Castle Hill! Yesterday we where slapping slopers (that´s climbing for all you non climbers), today… waiting for the rain to stop.
Don´t worry, there will be pictures from The Hills!
Kiwis and kangaroos.
14 hours before our trip begins and we´re jumping up and down with expectations. We are packing everything from flip flops to down jackets and crash pad to sport climbing gear. Our journey begins in Christchurch, New Zealand. From there we are driving east, west, south and all the way up to Auckland in the north. In our 5 m2 mobile home! Banks Peninsula, Castle Hill, The Fiordlands, Pancake Rocks, Wellington and Tongariro National Park (or Mordor as Gimli would call it) are some of the places we are planing to visit. Hopefully, there will be some interesting places to photograph on the way.

From New Zealand we´re taking a plane to the huge country to the left for another 4,5 weeks of... hanging around. Sydney, Melbourne, Grampians National Park, Great Ocean Road, Whitsundays, Kakadu National Park... and eventually flying back home from Dangerous-Darwin.

This is gonna be good! See you all in June. Until then, check out the B-log every now and then!
Boot camp.
Oslo - Done! Back in Gothenburg. Doing landry, checking in, checking out, eating, sleeping, drinking espressos, printing tick lists and in between, boot camp bouldering in Häller.
Bring it Castle Hill!
Rest day.
Just another week to go before heading home to Gothenburg, re-pack and enjoy the 36 hour flight to Christchurch and another 2 months in New Zealand and Australia! Any who... Believe it or not, but we had another day off work! Together! It was sunny and nice but a little chilly. A perfect day to go bouldering wierd, slopy problems somewhere. You know... To get ready for Castle Hill? Sooo... we went to a beautiful route climbing spot called Hauktjern!
It was an easy-going-slab-climbing-coffee-drinking day. I guess we can do that in the Hills to!
Expanding
Another beautiful (and so far nameless) girl joined the Elmquist family on March 5th. Petra and I decided to drive down south to say hi and celebrate!
What will her name be you ask? Iris Greta Viktoria. Magnificent!
