"Dear Mr. Meldert,
If the version is the old Starlite not the Starlite 2, it’s out of service and we can’t do anything . But some customers have reported to us, that they have applied carful some oil like WD-40 or weapon oil, which loosens sticky connections, in the slit between the diffusor dome and the dome ring. But don’t flood the oil directly in the slit from the spray can. We also point out that we don’t take any responsibility or warranty for that tip, because it’s from our customers and not from us.
In the most cases the head could be moved again if the customers applies the oil. But that should be done careful, because otherwise the head could be flooded with oil and it will be damaged afterwards."
Så nu ger jag mig på den med lite tunn olja så får vi se vad som händer.
