I got the answer from the administrator of photosight.ru, Dmitri Leesin ([email protected]) He probably wants to wait till 8 moderators will vote for removing the pictures from the site. Don't ask me why :(

The administrator of photosight.ru is not online now and from all the moderators this's only me who is online now.To remove the photos there should be at least 8 moderators who'll vote for. So they will be probably deleted tomorrow.
