The telescopic lens serves as an interchangeable one for the Zenit SLR cameras, intended for black-and-white and color photography, used to take close-ups of remote objects, inaccessible parts of terrain, landscapes, architectural details and sports competitions, ideal for photographic hunting.
The lens is furnished with a set of colour filters, and supplied in a handy lether carrying case.
"CAUTION" these lenses may not work on all 35mm cameras with built in flash or other protruding devices on the front. The lens diameter at the mounting flange is 126 mm or 63 mm radius. Measure your camera from the center of the lens mount to determine if any camera part extends more than 4 mm in front of the mounting ring within this radius. MINUS: Vikt, mått, mycket svårt att ställa skärpan pga obefintligt skärpedjup
Inte utan orsak kallas objektivet "det ryska tonnet". Det är Stort och klumpigt och det är svårt att få en bra skärpa. Det skulle hjälpa att kunna fokusera via kamerans display förstorad 5x el. 10x. Detta möjligt på D20a som släpps i Japan. Objektivet är dock helt underbart kul att jobba med. Skärpan är helt fantastisk när den väl är inställd.
