There are some pretty interesting effects you can do with these plugins from lighting effects to correcting lense distortion.

check around. There's a lot of free programs in there and many links, too. The last PS plugins put up are not free but they're not mine, either sooo....Unfortunately, I can't dictate to software authors how much they charge for their software. That's kinda their choice...
What I can do, though, is to put them all in one place so at least their easy to locate and browse, and that's what I've done.
