Prepare Photos for exebition or prints.. need hints & suggestions

I have get a offer from national Geographics in Russia to make a exebition off my freediving underwater photos in Moscow next month.

I have never done something like this before.

So what I need now to do is to preselect
some off my photos to color correct
and then to make some prints

My monitor is calibrate with Eybe One 2
I use Rawshooter for Raw

Is there anything that you can recomment me?
like where I can make good prints.
Color profile etc...

Then I have some photos that I must crop. I have a Nikon d70s. What is the bigest size print that you will recomment to use in a exebition without the lost off quality..
