"Exposure Time" och "Target Exposure Time" EXIF information

Märkte att exiftool visar tre, eller egentligen två olika värden på exponeringstid i RAW-filer.
Ena är "Target Exposure Time" och andra är "Exposure Time" och "Shutter Speed".
Är det möjligt att den faktiskt håller reda på hur länge slutaren har varit öppen? Det verkar variera, ibland är den ena större, ibland den andra.

?

Ett värde är uppmätt och enligt kameran det korrekta värdet som skall användas. Ett annat är värdet som funkar med fraktionerna enligt exponeringen, och ett tredje är det verkligt exponerade.

Exposure Time : 1/256 ; det kameran väljer

(tror jag, vet inte. låter hyfsat logiskt iaf)

Det funderade jag lite på eftersom jag kompenserade ner lite, men på den andra bilden är de så lika de båda tiderna...
Kanske programmet som visar tokigt, den borde ju ge en jämn slutartid som 1/200 eller 1/250.
