"This is such a great question; as a new photographer, I have the same confusion. Every time before I take a photo, I worry about infringement, especially with items that have obvious brand logos. Thanks for the answers, I now understand the difference between branded and general items. I learned something new! If you're struggling with naming, why not try using Random Name Generator?"

With products you buy, you can take photos freely. But if you do it for commercial purposes, it will be a different story. Especially with products labeled as exclusive or luxury. Flicking Soccer

To add to this, besides trademark rights, you also need to be aware that some buildings or artworks might be protected by "landmark" or "public art" copyrights. While it's usually fine to photograph them for personal use, commercial use requires caution. It's best to check relevant laws beforehand to avoid unnecessary legal disputes. When you need to reduce stress, you can play drive mad.

Looks like all the "blockbusters" I shot with my LEGO figures can't be sold. I was hoping to get rich from them! The photography industry is so tricky; you can easily step into a trap. It seems much safer to stick to shooting landscapes. Finally, recommend a stress-relieving drift boss game.

This is a very important question, thanks to the author and the comments for the answers. Clearly distinguishing between ownership and intellectual property rights is crucial. This is a key point all photographers should know. By the way, try Ragdoll Archers for super fun archery gameplay when you want to relax!

I'm glad to see someone asking such a valuable question, and thanks to everyone for their kind sharing. This is exactly what a community is for. Milla, don't worry, just keep learning. The joy of photography is in creating, and rules are there for better protection. By the way,When you need to reduce stress, you can play doodle baseball.
